At Blanc Ceramic, we strive to provide the best experience for all our customers. Due to the nature of our workshops and the limited spaces available, we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place:
Finality of Purchases

All bookings are final. Refunds or exchanges are generally not provided once a booking has been confirmed.
Cancellations by Customers

Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Scheduled Workshop:
Customers may request a refund or reschedule their booking. Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee. -
Cancellations Made Between 6 and 2 Days Before the Scheduled Workshop:

A rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. Refunds will not be provided.

Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of the Scheduled Workshop:
No refunds or rescheduling options will be available. -
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to blanceramics@gmail.com.
No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be granted.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, course, or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, low attendance, or external factors beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop, we will provide affected customers with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We will make every effort to notify participants as early as possible if a cancellation occurs.
General Guidelines

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
